On Saturday 24th March over 20 members of the Wangaratta Camera Club met on a very wet day to learn more about off-camera flash. We had several locations scouted for the workshop but there was a huge downpour of much-needed rain so we relocated the workshop location to the Wangaratta Train Station.
The objectives of the workshop were to learn about the basics of off-camera flash, light modifiers, how to measure light, directing models and environmental portraiture.
We did a a demonstration of how to measure light and how to pose models then broke up into groups to work with various models including a couple of beautiful Labrador dogs!
Here’s some of the images from the workshop.
